<p><strong>Job Title: Strategic Account Executive</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: London - Hybrid </strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>THE OPPORTUNITY:</strong></p> <p>At Salesloft, our <strong>Strategic Account Executives </strong>are pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing enterprise sales team and will be our boots-on-the-ground solution to building personal relationships and making our strategic enterprise customers successful. </p> <p>In addition to working with amazing colleagues who exemplify our ‘team over self’ core value, you will also have the opportunity to sell an impactful and revolutionary software that is changing the way sellers sell. You will have an opportunity to make a difference.</p> <p><strong>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a results-oriented, motivated, experienced, strategic enterprise ‘hunter’ who is laser-focused on generating incremental revenue within EMEA. Specifically, you will play a pivotal role in solidifying our position as an anchor technology company by winning high-visibility deals in large key accounts and crushing your annual quota.</p> <p>On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Educating the market about the power of Salesloft, creating satisfied and referenceable customers.</li> <li>Accurately forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement.</li> <li>Masterfully navigating complex organizational structures within large corporations, engaging with multiple stakeholders who have independent budgets and priorities.</li> <li>Developing and executing comprehensive strategies to penetrate and expand within key accounts, leveraging existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.</li> <li>Working closely with executives and decision-makers within Fortune 500, Global 2,000, and High Tech/SaaS companies, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.</li> <li>Coordinating with internal Salesloft teams, including business development, sales engineering, value engineering, and others, to ensure a unified and effective approach to account management.</li> <li>Employing advanced negotiation skills and business acumen to navigate complex procurement processes and contracts.</li> <li>Leveraging existing relationships within parts of the organization to expand our footprint, demonstrating the added value of our solutions.</li> <li>Taking responsibility for achieving and exceeding significant annual revenue targets from key accounts.</li> <li>Staying abreast with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.</li> </ul> <p>If you’re passionate about sales technology, providing a world-class customer experience, and thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environment, then becoming <strong>a Strategic Account Executive </strong>is the career path for you!</p> <p><strong>THE TEAM:</strong></p> <p>The Strategic Sales team consists of results-oriented SaaS sales professionals with a strong hunter mentality and a desire to win. In addition, they share a few common traits: they are self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about evangelizing the future of sales innovation. </p> <p><strong>SKILL SET:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.</li> <li>8+ years of proven hunting and closing experience in an enterprise software environment, with a focus on Fortune 500, Global 2,000, and High Tech/SaaS accounts.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage multiple buying centers and subsidiaries within large organizations.</li> <li>Proven experience in successfully selling and closing seven-figure deals.</li> <li>Established track record of building strategic C-level relationships within major software accounts.</li> <li>Capability to oversee the entire sales lifecycle from start to finish within the enterprise segment, with an emphasis on strategic account expansion.</li> <li>Expertise in delivering detailed product ...
