In this 6-month contract role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers across departments to find and hire top-tier talent.<br><br></p> <p><strong>You Will</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, applicant review, scheduling, screening, interviewing, and closing top candidates</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and develop effective, inclusive hiring strategies</li> <li>Provide an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Noom’s values and mission</li> <li>Leverage data and insights to improve recruiting efficiency and outcomes</li> <li>Collaborate with the broader People and Talent Acquisition team to drive consistency, equity, and excellence across hiring practices</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>About You<br></strong><strong><br></strong>If you’re interested in shaping the future of health by building high-performing, mission-aligned teams, this role may be for you!</p> <p><strong><br>You Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably within high-growth or tech startup environments</li> <li>Demonstrated success in hiring for functions across a business organization </li> <li>Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity </li> <li>Extensive experience with ATS and scheduling tools, ideally Greenhouse and GoodTime</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to advise and influence hiring partners</li> <li>Commitment to delivering excellent candidate experiences</li> <li>Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a dynamic environment</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>What Makes This Job Amazing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Opportunity to directly impact Noom's growth by hiring top talent for critical teams</li> <li>Work with a passionate, collaborative, and mission-driven team</li> <li>Join a fast-paced, high-growth environment where innovation is encouraged</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>Location and Compensation<br></strong><strong><br></strong>This is a full-time contract position with an hourly rate of $55-$60/hour.
