Drive Results: </strong>Manage 15-18 technical requisitions end-to-end, spanning Engineering, Product, Data, and Infrastructure and more, partnering with tech leads and hiring managers to consistently deliver top-tier talent.</li> <li data-start="1114" data-end="1314"><strong data-start="1114" data-end="1143">Strategic Talent Partner: </strong>Act as a trusted advisor to Engineering and Product leadership, consulting on hiring needs, market availability, and scalable solutions that meet long-term growth goals.</li> <li data-start="1316" data-end="1530"><strong data-start="1316" data-end="1340">Sourcing Strategist: </strong>Build robust pipelines through targeted sourcing campaigns across EMEA, leveraging talent mapping, boolean search, niche platforms, and direct outreach to uncover passive technical talent</li> <li data-start="1316" data-end="1530"><strong data-start="1532" data-end="1553">Process Champion: </strong>Run efficient, high-quality hiring processes from intake to offer, ensuring a world-class candidate experience and minimal time-to-hire without compromising on quality.</li> <li data-start="1316" data-end="1530"><strong data-start="1725" data-end="1748">Data-First Mindset: </strong>Track and optimise pipeline metrics using Greenhouse and reporting tools, presenting insights and advising stakeholders on how to unblock and improve hiring performance.</li> <li data-start="1316" data-end="1530"><strong data-start="1921" data-end="1940">Brand Advocate: </strong>Support employer branding initiatives in the tech space—especially across UK by contributing to community events, digital campaigns, and candidate engagement efforts.</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="2143" data-end="2 ...
