<p><strong>French Sr. Content Specialist, Hospitality (FTC)</strong></p> <p>Lightspeed is looking for a senior content writer, native in French, to be the voice of Lightspeed Restaurant for the<strong> French, Swiss and Belgium markets.</strong> As a key member of Lightspeed’s dynamic in-house content team, you’ll deliver <strong>high-impact content across multiple channels. </strong></p> <p>You’ll act as a strategic content partner to PR, Product, SEO, Sales and regional marketing teams, shaping narratives that position Lightspeed as the leading ePOS platform for restaurants. Your work will directly contribute to<strong> brand authority, media visibility, SEO growth and commercial impact across the region.</strong></p> <p><strong>You’ll be responsible for: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Owning the development and localization of high-quality French content across campaigns, product launches, PR, partnerships, social media and sales materials.</li> <li>Developing and writing PR-driven content, executive bylines and sponsored media pieces, translating research, product insights and data into compelling, media-ready narratives that align with campaign objectives and maximize impact.</li> <li>Creating and managing website content with a strong SEO focus, leading regional SEO initiatives, conducting keyword research, and working closely with our SEO agency to drive EMEA-wide optimization efforts.</li> <li>Interviewing customers and partners to create impactful case studies and video scripts.</li> <li>Driving performance through data by tracking key metrics and translating insights into strategic, data-driven recommendations that improve results.</li> <li>Applying strong product understanding to create compelling content that increases product visibility, drives awareness and supports upsell opportunities.</li> <li>Leading editorial planning for French-speaking markets by identifying strategic content themes aligned with marketing roadmaps and growth priorities.</li> <li>Working closely with content team members to maintain a unified brand voice and high editorial standards across all platforms.</li> <li>Leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation, streamline workflows and scale output efficiently.</li> <li>Developing deep knowledge of our key audiences, market dynamics and hospitality industry trends to inform commercially relevant and insight-led storytelling.</li> <li>Providing editorial guidance, proofreading and feedback to ensure consistency, accuracy and high-quality output across the team.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>You’ll bring to the team:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Native-level proficiency in French (from France), with exceptional storytelling, editing, and conceptual thinking skills.</li> <li>4+ years of experience in SaaS marketing, journalism, or branded content roles.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li> <li>Experience creating quality content across multiple marketing channels that supports brand positioning and other communication objectives, including product launches, campaigns and sales initiatives.</li> <li>Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with experience writing PR articles or bylines and supporting media initiatives, including sponsored content and media buys.</li> <li>Demonstrated SEO expertise, including keyword research, following up on content briefings, and applying on-page optimization best practices.</li> <li>A strategic mindset with the ability to align content to business goals, regional market needs and measurable performance outcomes.</li> <li>A collaborative spirit and the ability to work across teams while independently driving high-priority projects to completion.</li> <li>Familiarity with content management systems like Wordpress and Hootsuite, and SEO tools like aHrefs or Semrush.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Even better if you have, but not necessary:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You have a strong affinity with the hospitality sector.</li> <li>You are a Spanish speaker.< ...
