Job Title: Clinical Operations Specialist About the Role: We are seeking truly exceptional Nurses to join our innovative team in a fast-paced call center. In this role, you will work with patients, providers, and plan sponsors to address patients' health needs. You will use communication and available resources to promote quality, cost-effective outcomes through telephonic medical management. Skills Required: • Excellent telephonic communication skills • Typing speed of 35+ words per minute with minimal errors • Strong computer skills; technical proficiency will be assessed during the interview process • Ability to multitask, including simultaneous talking and typing • Ability to follow multi-step processes and decision-making flowcharts • Dependability, accountability, and trustworthiness • Self-starter comfortable with independent study and on-the-job training • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must be able to work onsite at our Worthington, OH call center (this is not a remote position) #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Onsite
