This role is crucial for executing and optimizing complex programmatic campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on the digital video ecosystem (including Connected/Streaming TV and Digital Video). The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing high volume campaigns across multiple DSPs, ensuring performance goals are met, and translating data into actionable strategies that drive member acquisition and brand growth. </p> <p><strong>What you’ll do: </strong></p> <p><strong>Campaign Execution Management</strong></p> <p>○ Own the end to end execution of programmatic campaigns across multiple channel types (CTV/OTT, Digital Video, Audio Streaming) ensuring campaigns deliver in full and hit aggressive performance KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, VCR). </p> <p>○ Own the negotiation, setup, and performance monitoring of sophisticated programmatic deals (PMPs, Preferred Deals, Guaranteed) to secure premium inventory and unique audiences at favorable rates. </p> <p>○ Serve as the platform expert for our primary DSPs, staying ahead of new features, industry best practices, and troubleshooting complex setup issues. </p> <p><strong>Data Audience Strategy</strong><strong> </strong></p> <p>○ Drive strategy around audience application and testing. </p> <p>○ Gain hands-on experience with first party data ingestion, testing, and implementation within the programmatic ecosystem (e.g., CDP integration, DMP segment activation). </p> <p>○ Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to analyze large datasets, identify performance drivers, and generate strategic, actionable optimization insights. </p> <p><strong>Ad Operations Tagging</strong></p> <p>○ Manage trafficking and ad serving functions, including extensive hands on experience with Campaign Manager 360 (CM360). </p> <p>○ Expertly handle creative rotation, verification, and site placement management. </p> <p>○ Own the process of tag building, implementation, and QA for various media vendors and campaign types to ensure accurate tracking and measurement. </p> <p><strong>Reporting Strategic Collaboration</strong><strong> </strong></p> <p>○ Partner closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Media strategy, Analytics, Product) to align trading strategies with broader business objectives and ensure cohesive execution. </p> <p>○ Proactively monitor campaign pacing, deliverability, and performance, implementing adjustments in real time to maximize efficiency and scale.</p> <p>○ Advance our internal measurement frameworks leading impact driven by campaigns to establish marketing KPIs and forecast long-term growth</p> <p>○ Build reports and own communication with key internal stakeholders to keep the business apprised of marketing performance </p> <p>○ Contribute platform and product feedback to internal MDS/strategy teams to drive continuous improvement in our trading capabilities and proprietary tools. </p> <p><strong>What you’ll need: </strong></p> <p>Core Competencies </p> ...
