<p>Are you ready to accelerate growth within our existing customer base? Prolific is on the lookout for a Product Marketing Manager to own feature releases, define packaging and positioning, and drive revenue expansion by equipping our teams with the tools they need to unlock new opportunities.</p>
<p>This role will involve working closely with our sales, customer success, and product teams to develop compelling expansion materials, implement targeted educational programs, and build strategic initiatives that drive deeper customer penetration. You will have direct revenue impact by creating enablement resources and designing engagement strategies that help customers realise additional value across their organisations</p>

<ul>
<li>Develop comprehensive sales enablement materials including RFP response decks, battlecards, and competitive positioning assets to help our teams win expansion opportunities</li>
<li>Lead product and new feature launches for AI vertical, collaborating with product, marketing and sales to ensure consistent positioning and messaging, internal readiness, and external rollout to target audiences</li>
<li>Partner with Sales and Customer Success on account-specific expansion strategies to navigate expansion from existing to new teams within existing clients </li>
<li>Collaborate with demand generation to implement brand awareness and retargeting campaigns that keep Prolific top of mind with key accounts</li>
<li>Produce compelling case studies and cross-department success stories that demonstrate quantifiable impact for similar organizations</li>
<li>Work with cross-functional teams on joint account planning, product messaging, and consistent customer experiences from acquisition through expansion</li>

<li>At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or sales enablement roles</li>
<li>Worked within highly technical AI/ML or SaaS products</li>
<li>Experience creating compelling sales materials to enterprise clients</li>
<li>Strong written/presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging educational sessions</li>
<li>Excellent collaborative skills with experience partnering across sales, CS, and product</li>
<li>Commercial mindset with track-record of impacting revenue</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment</li>
<li>Comfortable working with AI and automation platforms to scale your impact and efficiency.</li>
