About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Business Development team in a junior support role. This position supports our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to perform at a high level and provides a foundation for growth into a BDR role.
This opportunity is ideal for someone transitioning from client-facing or administrative work who wants to learn about sales, systems, and outreach without managing a full sales quota initially.
Responsibilities:
• Support BDRs with CRM management including updating records, tracking activity, and reporting
• Assist with follow-up and outreach coordination
• Support LinkedIn outreach and connection workflows
• Maintain clean and accurate data in tools such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel
• Help organize sales pipelines, tasks, and next steps
• Collaborate with Client Success, Marketing, and Leadership teams
• Assist with internal coordination, documentation, and process improvements
Success Indicators:
• BDRs feel supported, organized, and focused on client conversations
• CRM data is accurate, clean, and current
• Follow-ups are managed effectively without being missed
• Increased confidence in sales workflows, tools, and messaging
Skills & Qualifications: Must-Have:
• Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-up habits
• Comfortable with CRM platforms and quick to learn new systems
• Clear and effective written communication
• Positive and growth-oriented mindset
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience in client success, administrative roles, or sales support
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or CRM tools
• Basic understanding of marketing (not required)
