You'll manage and support strategic relationships. You’ll be detail-oriented and output-focused, have strong communication and people skills, and you should have an innate ability to bring internal and external stakeholders together while managing partnerships and projects at the highest levels. This role will report to the Agency Partner Manager Lead.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>NYC strongly preferred. Open to candidates within the tri-state area, provided they can regularly commute to Reddit’s NYC office and agency partner offices.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act and serve as a liaison between the assigned Holding Company, Holding Company Lead, and Reddit to help execute, monitor, and optimize first-class partnership programs </li> <li>Support and assist in the build of Agency Development’s annual and quarterly strategic plan for the assigned Holding Company through the use of data</li> <li>Define alongside the Activations and Enablement Team on educational approaches, develop work plans, and create compelling educational programs </li> <li>Project, track, maintain progress, and report on delivery against Reddit’s annual endeavor goals, suggesting areas for optimization of plans and/or programs</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, measurement, and insights teams to aggregate and deliver best-in-class solutions for our agency clients</li> <li>Be the thought leader in the industry, acting as an ambassador and spokesperson for Reddit, serving as an advisor </li> <li>Work with agencies to uplevel their media and creative thinking and structure programs that deliver positive business impact for their clients</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in partnership sales, agency digital media buying, and/or client planning</li> <li>Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges</li> <li>Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners</li> <li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Familiarity with agency holding companies and the agency landscape</li> <li>Is flexible and has the innate ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment, managing change effectively </li> <li>Exhibits a high level of competency in oral and written communication skills</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Medical and Dental</li> <li>Life Assurance, Income Protection</li> <li>Workspace benefit for your home office</li> <li>Personal Professional development funds</li> <li>Family Plannin ...
