Job Summary: We are looking for an Associate Partner Development Manager to join the Drata team. This role will primarily focus on managing and onboarding inbound channel partner leads, building strong relationships with prospective partners, and supporting their successful engagement with Drata. You will serve as an early point of contact for new partners, helping qualify opportunities, coordinate next steps, and ensure a positive onboarding experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their partner development career to join an inclusive team, build foundational partnership skills, and experience strong career growth at a high-growth SaaS company.
