The team specializes in integrating enterprise networking capabilities from global IT leaders with purpose-built hardware and software platforms designed to meet market demands for the most stringent of environmental requirements.</p> <p>We are seeking a <strong>Operations Supply Chain Associate t</strong>o join our Production team in Dublin. This role will require a deep understanding of logistics, the ability to work across teams seamlessly, a deep appreciation for details, the capability to work in ambiguous situations, and the curiosity to learn new subject matters quickly.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments including creating packing lists, labels and emails</li> <li>Track shipments as required and communicating with freight carriers to ensure relevant deadlines are met</li> <li>Creation of commercial invoices using carrier software such as Fedex, TNT, DPD etc.</li> <li>Ensure effective monitoring and communication of shipments both internally and externally</li> <li>Interfacing with freight carriers for any transit delays/exceptions and answering customs queries</li> <li>Arrange reverse logistics where appropriate and communicate with third parties</li> <li>Monitor logistics expenses, implement process enhancements, and boost efficiency where necessary</li> <li>Create packing lists and commercial invoices, including costing of shipments</li> <li>Use SAP Business One to transfer stock to and from relevant locations, generate Sales Orders and process deliveries</li> <li>Verify that Salesforce sales details match SAP, ensuring accurate capture of customer warranty purchases.</li> <li>Order and coordinate relevant software deliveries with physical shipments</li> <li>Utilize IT systems—SAP Business One, Salesforce, Slack, and email—for internal communication, production record-keeping, and responding to queries</li> <li>Other tasks in support of the Production Team when required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Thorough understanding of Customs regulations Export controls including HTS / HS Commodity Codes</li> <li>Strong competence in MS , in particular Excel</li> <li>High level of attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li>Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)</li> <li>Ability to work on your own initiative with good organizational, planning and time management skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous Experience working with ERP systems (SAP would be advantageous)</li> <li>Previous experience of manufacturing administration (from a similar industry, e.g. manufacturing would be advantageous)</li> <li>Previous experience working with Salesforce would be advantageous</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
