Freelancer - Business Operations We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Operations Freelancer to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our People and Operations departments, managing internal requests and streamlining operational workflows to ensure a seamless experience for our global team. What You’ll Be Doing Accounts Receivable: Manage outreach for past-due invoices and own the collections process until payment is finalized. Research & Strategy: Conduct competitor analysis and best-practice research to optimize internal workflows. Internal Support: Act as a point of contact for employee requests and internal operational tasks. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the People and Ops teams to align on departmental needs. Audit & Compliance: Produce regular reports and audit software licenses to ensure efficiency and compliance. Asset Management: Maintain and track hardware inventory using AssetTiger. Ad-Hoc Projects: Execute additional tasks as required to support the evolving needs of the Ops team. Estimated Workload: Approximately 10 hours per week , though this may vary based on project needs and company volume. Payment Method: Direct Deposit.
