This role exists to build that foundation — creating the metrics, experimentation discipline, and insight systems that turn complexity into confident decisions.</p> <p><br>You’ll own the analytics that shape how this part of the business evolves. From defining what “great” looks like in our metrics, to building dashboards and structuring experiments, to presenting insights directly to senior stakeholders — you’ll connect operational reality to commercial outcomes.</p> <p><br>Working hands-on across SQL, Python, experimentation, and stakeholder conversations, you’ll transform raw data into clarity around revenue, quality, and profitability. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of commercial growth, delivery excellence, and product evolution.</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><em>What you’ll bring to the role</em></p> <ul> <li><strong>Analytics Expertise:</strong> Advanced SQL and strong Python proficiency (e.g. pandas, experimentation analysis, automation), with a track record of building scalable reporting frameworks in modern BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau).
