Analyst - Order Management

<p>We are looking for a highly skilled Analyst – Order Management to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order processing and contract management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business operations. In addition, you will get an opportunity to work on various transformation projects focused on process simplification, enhancement and automation.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Process and manage customer orders by drafting contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.</li><li>Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other Internal teams to resolve order-related issues and improve workflows.</li><li>Maintain meticulous attention to contract details, ensuring alignment with billing policies.</li><li>Analyze order management processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.</li><li>Assist in revenue recognition processes and support audit requirements.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies efficiently.</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, SAP, and other tools for reporting, data analysis, and process optimization.</li></ul> <ul><li>Business degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management preferred. 1</li><li>1- 4 years of Order to Cash experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels, functions, and geographies.</li><li>Problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Good understanding of EX platforms would be plus.</li><li>Customer service-oriented mindset, working collaboratively to improve processes and customer experiences.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint etc.</li><li>Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>If you are detail-oriented, passionate about process improvement, and thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment, we encourage you to apply!</p> <div sr-tagline=""></div><p>At Freshworks, we have fostered an environment that enables everyone to find their true potential, purpose, and passion, welcoming colleagues of all backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations, religions, and ethnicities.
