You will partner closely with engineering and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver engagement-payout and consumables monetization initiatives. This role requires strong technical fluency, autonomy, and the ability to operate at scale across complex system-driven projects.</p> <h3><strong>In this role, you will</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead roadmap planning for economy initiatives, including feedback collection, requirements gathering, initiative build-out, feature breakdown, and estimation to drive delivery against defined monetization goals</li> <li><span>Partner closely with engineering and discipline leads to define scope, technical approach, and timelines for platform-level monetization systems </span></li> <li><span>Build and maintain project plans and schedules while managing cross-team dependencies to ensure successful system-level initiatives </span></li> <li><span>Provide clear and transparent communication on project status, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders </span></li> <li><span>Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, and Art to balance priorities, requirements, and critical timelines </span></li> <li><span>Continuously evolve production processes to support the scalable delivery of complex monetization systems </span></li> </ul> <h3><strong>What we're looking for</strong></h3> <ul> <li><span>6+ years of production experience within the gaming industry </span></li> <li><span>Experience supporting platform-level or engine-level systems within games </span></li> <li><span>Strong technical fluency and the ability to engage meaningfully in engineering discussions </span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated experience working on monetization systems or in-game economy mechanics </span></li> <li><span>Deep understanding of monetization loops and revenue-driving systems within games </span></li> <li><span>Proven ability to independently own and drive complex, system-heavy initiatives </span></li> <li><span>Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, product, design, and analytics </span></li> <li><span>Strong judgment in identifying risks and navigating technical trade-offs in complex systems</span></li> </ul> <h2>EPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFE</h2> <p><span data-sheets-userformat="{"2":13201,"3":{"1":0},"7":{"1":[{"1":2,"2":0,"5":{"1":2,"2":13421772}},{"1":0,"2":0,"3":3},{"1":1,"2":0,"4":1}]},"10":0,"11":4,"12":0,"15":"Roboto","16":10}">Our intent is to cover all things that are medically necessary and improve the quality of life.
