We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our AI & Developer team, focused on empowering developers to deeply integrate with 1Password and deliver secure, high-quality experiences for their companies and communities. This role is centered on enabling best-in-class developer experiences across terminal workflows, infrastructure secrets, APIs, and AI integrations. You will work at a fast pace in close partnership with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Partnerships to ship impactful developer tools that drive business growth and community adoption. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. What we're looking for: - 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with significant experience leading major initiatives in Developer Tools, Integrations, Security, or Web APIs - Experience driving cross-functional product strategy and execution across Engineering, Design, and GTM teams - Technical fluency and comfort engaging in deep architectural discussions with engineers - Hands-on familiarity with coding, whether professionally or as a hobbyist - Experience building, shipping, and iterating on developer-facing products with measurable business impact - Familiarity with modern AI coding tools and emerging agentic AI architectures and frameworks - Strong ownership mindset with end-to-end accountability for product success - Experience balancing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally - Action-oriented approach with a bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating - Familiarity with web standards, APIs, microservices architecture, and infrastructure concepts Bonus points for: - Experience in cybersecurity, identity and access management, secrets management, or compliance - Familiarity with OAuth, OIDC, or related authentication and authorization protocols - Experience working closely with developer communities or ecosystem partners What you can expect: - Partner closely with Engineering and Design to define and ship intuitive, well-crafted developer interfaces using an iterative delivery model - Contribute to and execute on the Developer Tools roadmap, aligning product initiatives with company strategy and business impact - Own features and experiments end-to-end, from discovery and specification through launch and lifecycle optimization - Engage directly with customers and partners to understand how 1Password can embed seamlessly into AI-driven and developer workflows - Translate high-level themes into actionable ...
