The Partner Initiatives team is responsible for partner adoption and support of new Roku initiatives and features. We work with content partners and cross functionally with Roku’s product and engineering teams to drive partner integration success and scalability for broad adoption.</p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>As a Senior Program Manager, Content Partnerships, you will lead the successful participation of content providers in Roku's partner-facing engineering development programs — spanning new platform features and hardware product introductions. You will bring together strong relationship management, technical understanding, and program management expertise to drive partner participation and program success from concept through delivery. This role is based in San Jose, CA.</p> <p>For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $164,900 - $219,400 annually.</p> <p>Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.</p> <p>This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off. </p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Drive content partner adoption of Roku's programs by managing all program, relationships, and operational aspects to on-time completion</li> <li>Create robust go-to-market partner strategies, and drive the partner and cross-functional teams to execute those plans</li> <li>Represent partner perspectives and needs within internal product program teams, maintaining up-to-date insight on partner status and related program details</li> <li>Ensure essential partner engagement deliverables are in place to support program success and a positive partner experience throughout development</li> <li>Maintain partner focus and engagement by proactively sharing new information and ensuring Roku's programs remain a priority for target partners</li> <li>Host regular status reviews to track progress against plan and produce concise, timely status reports for all levels of the organization, escalating issues as needed</li> <li>Manage change and risk and critical decision making throughout the project lifecycle by assessing impacts, providing options and recommended action plans, and driving issues to timely resolution</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><strong>We're Excited If You Have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>7+ years of technical program management experience in a technology, engineering, or media company senior program management role, and a proven track record of successfully developing and executing technical project plans and motivating their cross-functional teams to ...
