In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and will report directly to our <strong>Manager</strong> <strong>of Order Operations</strong>, based in <strong>Costa Rica</strong>.</p> <p data-start="355" data-end="525">This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. </p> <p data-start="355" data-end="525"><strong>You Will:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="132" data-end="259">Support sales teams throughout the full sales cycle, ensuring compliance with Smartsheet policies and meeting customer needs</li> <li data-start="132" data-end="259">Work within Salesforce.com CRM CPQ to assist sales representatives (experience with Salesforce or a similar system is required)</li> <li data-start="397" data-end="470">Review contracts and order documentation for accuracy and completeness</li> <li data-start="473" data-end="533">Quickly learn and become confident in the quoting process</li> <li data-start="536" data-end="679">Customise order forms and advise on complex deal structures, escalating specialised issues to the right partners for resolution and approval</li> <li data-start="682" data-end="793">Coordinate deal reviews with sales, and support training, development, and adherence to operational policies</li> <li data-start="796" data-end="887">Manage the daily deal approval process, ensuring alignment with organisational standards</li> <li data-start="890" data-end="1050">Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Legal, Professional Services, and Sales to ensure transactions are completed quickly and efficiently</li> <li data-start="1053" data-end="1140">Assist with reconciliation of multiple transactions and contract-related adjustments</li> <li data-start="1143" data-end="1313">Respond to partner inquiries (e.g., purchase orders, quote requests, invoices, order confirmations, status updates, pricing details) in Salesforce within SLA timelines</li> <li data-start="1316" data-end="1403">Provide sales teams with support in resolving inquiries throughout the sales process</li> <li data-start="1406" data-end="1504">Partner closely with fellow Order Operations team members to address requests and drive success</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p data-start="355" data-end="525"><strong>You Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="113" data-end="205">1+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Contracts, or Deal Desk</li> <li data-start="208" data-end="301">1+ years of experience working in a multinational or shared service center environment</li> <li data-start="304" data-end="397">Familiarity with financial principles, revenue recognition, and contracting guidelines</li> <li data-start="400" data-end="496">Background in handling a high-volume, multi-transactional environment (EOM, EOQ, and EOY)</li> <li data-start="499" data-end="601">Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to new processes with ease</li> <li data-start="604" data-end="719">Strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholders</li> <li data-start="722" data-end="835">Excellent communication skil ...
