This includes overseeing critical operational areas such as appointment scheduling, prescription refills, pharmacy liaison, and proactive care coordination. </p> <p>This role is more than just people management; it requires a strategic, data-driven leader who is comfortable leveraging performance data for evidence-based decision-making.
