This role establishes and reinforces best in class operational discipline, safe work practices, and industry standards across chemical processing and warehousing operations.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Operations Supervisor maintains a strong presence in the production environment, models expected behaviors, and partners closely with maintenance, engineering, and site leadership to drive reliable operations and continuous improvement.
