What you will do Admin & HR compliance  - Overseeing daily HR operations concerning employee inquiries to ensure prompt and effective responses. - Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. - Found provider in various EMEA countries for health insurance, pension, transportation... - Maintain employee handbooks. Onboarding - Ensure we are able to onboard our new joiners the best way; gathering information that is relevant on our HR systems - Formalize contractual elements during all the employees’ journey (labor contracts, amendments, certificates). - Take care of our HR information and tasks and update them each time it is needed. - Manage immigration requests (Visa work permits, renewals, National Security Number request). About you Experience - Into a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - A first internship in the HR field, ideally including experience in a startup or high-growth environment. - Strong knowledge of the French law & HR policy, employment regulations, as well as HR best practices. - Cross country experience, managing employee populations spread in different geographies. - Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and exit. Profile - Excellent communication - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Willing to learn in HR technology solutions, such as HRIS, Payroll, ... - Hands-on and doer. - Builder mindset.
