We operate as a lean, high-performance team with high individual ownership and direct access to leadership. Role overview: Our Recruitment team is central to scaling Flagright. We are looking for a Recruiter who can attract world-class talent, partner closely with hiring managers, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring across the business. You will own hiring end-to-end from sourcing to offer, ensuring excellent candidate experience across multiple jurisdictions. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and takes pride in building high-performing teams. Key responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Recruit world-class talent to help scale Flagright - Manage full-cycle hiring across multiple roles and functions - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies - Source, engage, and assess high-quality candidates - Coordinate interviews and ensure an outstanding candidate experience - Track hiring pipelines, metrics, and progress against hiring goals Who we are looking for: - 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience - Experience recruiting sales (AEs, BDRs, etc.) and senior roles (Sr AE, Head of Sales, etc.) - Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trusted with confidential information - Clear communicator who can manage multiple priorities independently - Comfortable working with ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics - Based in or near London with right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available) Preferred Skills - Experience with Ashby - Experience in startups, fintech, or fast-scaling organizations - US hiring experience - Ability to manage and scale distributed or multi-location teams - Analytical mindset for recruitment metrics What we offer: - Direct impact on how Flagright hires and scales globally - High-bar environment focused on execution, learning, and continuous improvement - Get equity from day 1 at a Y Combinator startup. - Work alongside a highly competent, top-tier team, including professionals from Y Combinator, ex AWS, and Palantir. - Enjoy a low-bureaucracy environment, minimal meetings, and an asynchronous communications culture.
