This role is pivotal in building and expanding the company’s partner ecosystem, focusing on strategic growth through new partnerships. The Partner Development Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that newly acquired partners are effectively integrated and set up for long-term success.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>New Partner Acquisition:</li>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for acquiring new ISV partners, targeting high-potential markets and industry verticals.</li>
<li>Partner with the Ecosystem team to build a shared roadmap with target partners aligned to company strategy. </li>
<li>Identify and outbound potential ISV partners that align with the company’s strategic objectives, technology stack contribution, and value proposition.</li>
</ul>
<li>Strategic Engagement:</li>
<ul>
<li>Build a robust pipeline of prospective ISV partners through outbound messaging, networking, market research, and participation in industry events.</li>
<li>Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to identify and engage with potential partners.</li>
<li>Leverage data and market insights to prioritize and target the most promising ISV opportunities.</li>
</ul>
<li>End-to-End Acquisition: </li>
<ul>
<li>Determine when a partner can be supported with our standard program or when custom commercials or terms are required.</li>
<li>Diligence partnership feasibility (ie. app marketplace, public APIs, partner program) </li>
<li>Negotiate commercial and marketing commitments of new partner agreement in collaboration with Legal Finance</li>
<li>Create business cases financial models when required with the support of Finance. </li>
<li>Shepard the partnership review process through product, legal finance approvals</li>
</ul>
<li>Onboarding Integration:</li>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the onboarding process for new ISV partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration into the company’s ecosystem.</li>
<li>Work closely with technical teams to facilitate the integration with Klaviyo. </li>
<li>Develop resources / documentation to create awareness of the value of the new partnership. </li>
<li>Partner with Product Marketing / Ecosystem Marketing on all partnerships or integration launch activities </li>
</ul>
<li>Performance Monitoring Optimization:</li>
<ul>
<li>Track and analyze the performance of newly acquired partners, using key metrics to assess integration success and business impact.</li>
<li>Provide regular feedback to partners and internal stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement of the program</li>
<li>Develop sales plays in collaboration with internal and partner GTM teams</li>
