Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Although no current direct line management, curate a team of trusted partners and freelancers to help deliver and scale campaigns as required in the MENA region and individual markets so we are locally relevant in delivering best in class solutions. Business Growth & Market Development Drive and develop a unique Creator Partnerships offer that positions UEG as a leading partner in the marketplace, both externally and within Edelman. Ensure the offering is sensitive to local market differences e.g KSA vs Abu Dhabi. Spot, identify, and drive broader opportunities for growth, acting as a key member of the EMEA leadership function. Merchandise UEG internally and externally with a growth mindset to unlock new opportunities within Edelman and to prospective new clients. Cross-Agency Collaboration Build strong relationships across Edelman MENA offices & teams to unlock opportunities across the agency’s broadest service offering. Collaborate closely with UEG’s UK creator lead and associated stakeholders to ensure UEG’s role is clearly defined within the broader ecosystem. Client Impact Be an energetic, client-centric leader with specialist knowledge in creator partnerships. Ensure delivery of market-leading, innovative, and measurable programs that drive impact for clients across UK and EMEA. Qualifications & Experience Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams and product offerings. Demonstrated success in developing creator and celebrity strategies that deliver business growth. Strong ability to navigate and collaborate across a global agency network. Deep understanding of the evolving creator economy and celebrity landscape. Skilled in balancing strategic leadership with tactical execution.
