We’re looking for an Account Director to join our Corporate team in the Netherlands, with a focus on Health Tech. If you’re passionate about helping health technology brands navigate complex challenges, tell powerful stories, and build trusted relationships, this is an exciting opportunity to make your mark. What you’ll work on Act as the senior day-to-day lead for Health Tech clients, offering strategic counsel and overseeing delivery across workstreams Provide expert guidance on corporate reputation, stakeholder engagement, business transformation, and issues management Build and grow strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities and contributing to new business development Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, coaching talent and ensuring inclusive collaboration and high-quality output Partner with sector and practice leads on planning, forecasting, and resourcing across client portfolios Deliver integrated communications strategies that connect to business objectives and stakeholder priorities What you bring Proven experience in corporate communications, with a strong background in the Health Tech sector Experience leading senior-level client relationships and working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, impactful communications A collaborative mindset and a passion for coaching and developing teams Business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for client growth Fluency in English & Dutch language essential At Edelman, DEIB is everyone’s responsibility.
