Responsibilities: Contribute to creation of communications plans that meet client objectives Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence Oversee integrated projects across various sectors including paid media, creative, and others Build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels Consistently produce high quality internal and external communications content Supervise staff junior to you by motivating, coaching and consistently providing feedback Help plan and coordinate traditional and social media outreach programs Aid in new business process including idea contribution, research and proposal preparation Commit to continuous learning; set and pursue stretch goals Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Edelman’s values and Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Basic Qualifications: At least two years of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields including marketing, advertising, media and publishing Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to manage multiple small or medium-sized projects simultaneously Ability to develop communications plans, implement communications tactics and impart knowledge to more junior team members Strong research, writing, editing and client interaction skills, perform well under pressure and be a team player $60,000 - $80,000 a year #LI-RK1 An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
