You’ll be immersed in a highly integrated team, work closely with senior leaders, and contribute to best-in-class programs for some of the most influential voices in technology.   Your responsibilities will include:  Serving as the day-to-day client lead for key workstreams, managing ongoing communications, ensuring strong client service, and overseeing delivery of high-quality work. Leading internal account teams across projects by establishing clear roles, timelines, priorities, and workflow management. Monitoring and flagging client, competitor, and industry coverage, developing media coverage reports, and tracking major media moves. Providing strategic counsel on media strategy, narrative development, industry issues, and emerging technology trends such as AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Supporting executive communications programs by developing leadership narratives, messaging platforms, and thought leadership content for senior executives. Overseeing the development of briefing materials for executive interviews, including schedules, messaging, and reporter backgrounds. Researching, writing, editing, and reviewing press materials such as press releases, pitches, briefing documents, fact sheets, contributed articles, and client correspondence. Cultivating and leveraging media relationships while guiding and supporting proactive outreach by the broader team. Managing and mentoring junior team members through clear direction, feedback, and professional development. Participating in team-wide and client-facing brainstorms on announcement planning, media strategy, and message development. Maintaining a strong understanding of key client information—including business strategy, industry context, products, and competitive landscape—to inform program recommendations. Advising clients on emerging industry trends and proactively recommending narrative pivots or media opportunities.
