The Component Operations Supply Chain IT team is at the forefront of transforming our supply chain through technology. What you’ll Do – As a Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with a team of skilled engineers and interact with business partners. You will plan, direct, and coordinate central initiatives for the Component Operations Supply Chain IT org. Key responsibilities will include: Acts as the primary interface between Information Technology and specific business areas, identifying the business's information needs, defining requirements, identifying and evaluating potential solutions, creating project and process specifications, and working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, resource requirements, and timelines and risk. Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple initiatives using Agile methodologies. Partner with external vendors and service providers to oversee integrations, deliverables, contract obligations, and overall project quality. Adapt and thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environments, utilizing new technologies and decision-making. undefined Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. 3+ years of project management or business analysis, experience in software products, SaaS, or cloud backend technologies Experience working with Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) Proficiency in project management and prioritization Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills Preferred: Experience working across multiple cross-functional programs and teams Prior experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), SCM (Supply Chain Management), and CX (Customer Experience). Experience with project management tools like Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and planning tools Why Cisco?
