<p><strong>Who You'll Work With</strong></p><p>The Customs Analyst will be a member of Arista’s Global Trade Organization primarily focused on US<br> import operations. Candidate will be working with Arista’s contracted customs brokers to ensure that<br> timely and accurate customs declarations are filed according to customs operating procedures and US<br> Customs and Partner Government Agency Regulations.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Manage daily customs brokerage activities according to operating procedures and regulations.</li><li>Assign and&#xa0;support HTS classifications.</li><li>Conduct self-assessments and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Govern Broker performance, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of changing customs regulations and industry standards.</li><li>Review and provide Broker with information pertaining to Section 232 &amp;amp; AD/CVD regulations.</li><li>Ensure compliance under PGA rules.</li><li>Support process documentation in response to CBP CF28/CF29.</li><li>Manage programs using USCBP ACE Portal.</li><li>Support import activities in Canada and CARM application.</li></ul><p><strong>#LI-JH1</strong></p> <ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in US import regimes.</li><li>Strong knowledge of USCBP Title 19 Customs Duties, USHTS, Section 232 Rules and Antidumping and Countervailing.</li><li>Prior knowledge with Canada CARM and CBSA.</li><li>Strong corporate cross functional familiarity to work with&#xa0;internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Displays excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills.</li><li>Knowledge of NetSuite, Oracle, SAP applications and experience automating repetitive processes.</li><li>Proficient with USCBP ACE Portal.</li><li>Excellent influencing and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Extensive experience interacting with US Customs, other government agencies on trade compliance issues.</li><li>Experience with classification of telecommunication equipment and parts a plus.</li><li>Experience partnering with customs brokers to improve entry quality, publish and revise customs handbooks and broker parts dictionary.</li></ul> <div sr-tagline=""></div><p>Arista Networks is an equal opportunity employer.&#xa0; Arista makes all hiring and employment-related decisions in a non-discriminatory manner without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin or any other factor determined to be unlawful under applicable federal, state, or law law.&#xa0; All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p>
