Workplace Services Manager

<p>As our Workplace Services and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the Dublin office is safe, efficient, well-maintained, and aligned with our company culture. You will oversee daily workplace operations and lead essential projects like office fitouts and space optimizations.</p><ul><li><p>Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Dublin office as part of the Site Operations team</p></li><li><p>Lead end-to-end delivery of workplace and facilities projects to maintain high office standards</p></li><li><p>Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure efficient service delivery</p></li><li><p>Direct Health &amp; Safety initiatives for the site to maintain a safe working environment</p></li><li><p>Oversee office fitout projects, moves, and space optimizations</p></li><li><p>Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Security, and Procurement to align workplace initiatives with organizational needs</p></li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p> <ul><li><p>3+ years of experience in facility management or a similar workplace services role</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in leading office fitout projects is essential</p></li><li><p>Strong background in vendor and procurement management</p></li><li><p>Comprehensive knowledge of Health &amp; Safety standards and implementation</p></li><li><p>Excellent collaboration skills to partner effectively with cross-functional departments like HR, IT, and Finance</p></li><li><p>High level of organizational and project management skills</p></li></ul><p>This is a hybrid position, and the team is expected to come to the office 4 days per week.</p><p>Working hours are 9am-6pm.</p> <p>About the Team</p><p>The Site Operations team at Wix is dedicated to creating an environment where employees can do their best work.
