Serving as the region’s operational backbone and strategic integrator, they partner with Sales, Professional Services, Learning Enablement (LE), and Global ENGAGE to translate strategy into measurable, aligned execution. With executive presence, they drive operational rigour and stakeholder accountability, and leverage automation and AI to reduce friction, boost efficiency, and enable sustainable revenue growth.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <h3><strong>Strategic Stakeholder Leadership</strong></h3> </li> <ul> <li><strong>Cross-functional Partnership:</strong> Act as a strategic partner to EMEA Sales, Professional Services (PS), and LE leadership, ensuring regional priorities are aligned with global ENGAGE objectives.</li> <li><strong>Operational Discipline:</strong> Elevate planning rigour, data integrity, and execution accountability across stakeholders to strengthen predictability and performance.</li> <li><strong>Executive Insight and Presence:</strong> Co-lead QBRs and MBRs, delivering actionable, forward-looking insights that drive decisions.</li> <li><strong>Strategy Translation:</strong> Convert global strategy into executable regional operating plans tailored to regional market realities.<br><br></li> </ul> <li> <h3><strong>Escalation Risk Management</strong></h3> </li> <ul> <li><strong>Regional Escalation Authority:</strong> Serve as the escalation lead for operational bottlenecks impacting training delivery, enablement, or revenue.</li> <li><strong>Systemic Resolution:</strong> Lead root cause analysis with peer teams to convert recurring issues into structural improvements.</li> <li><strong>Prioritisation:</strong> Balance customer urgency with operational capacity to protect revenue integrity and delivery commitments.<br><br></li> </ul> <li> <h3><strong>Regional Operations Planning</strong></h3> </li> <ul> <li><strong>Operating Cadence Ownership:</strong> Own the full region planning cycle, including forecasting, capacity modelling, QBRs, and leadership reviews in partnership with the local LE leadership.</li> <li><strong>Performance Visibility:</strong> Build, share, and maintain executive-ready dashboards that surface key operational metrics and risk signals.</li> <li><strong>Risk Intervention:</strong> Identify emerging risks early and drive coordinated corrective action across functions.</li> <li><strong>Global Alignment:</strong> Ensure regional execution aligns with global operating standards while accounting for local nuance.<br><br></li> </ul> <li> <h3><strong>AI-Driven Optimisation Scale</strong></h3> </li> <ul> <li><strong>Predictive Operations:</strong> Champion predictive analytics to improve forecasting accuracy and anticipate demand, utilisation, and performance gaps.</li> <li><strong>Automation/Agentic Workflows:</strong> Implement intelligent intake, automated workflows, and AI-enabled processes to reduce manual workload.</li> <li><strong>Scalable Design:</strong> Develop standardised, repeatable processes that enable regional growth while preserving consistency and flexibility for local markets.<br><br></li> </ul> <li> <h3><strong>Process Governance Change Leadership</strong></h3> </li> <ul> <li><span style=" margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"><strong>Workflow Standardisation:</strong> Establish clear ownership models (RACI) and standardised operating procedures across the region.</span></li> <li><strong>Change Management:</strong> Drive change management to embed new tools, automation, ...
