About the Role The Intake Specialist supports children, teens, families, and young adults presenting with behavioral health concerns. The specialist is the first point of contact for new members, conducting comprehensive clinical case management evaluations; gathering information, screening for risk, and triaging members into appropriate services—all while creating a warm and inviting environment. Along with intakes, the specialist provides accurate and timely documentation in the EHR, consults with clinicians to facilitate referrals, and assigns care team members assignments, with other duties as assigned.  This opportunity is a great fit if you are able to balance empathy with critical thinking in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
