<p>You’ll own growth marketing for our startup segment turning partner access, program perks and ecosystem credibility into predictable acquisition, activation and retention. This role is part of our startup programs team spanning growth and marketing and is accountable for building repeatable demand engines, running experiments across product and marketing channels, and translating ecosystem relationships into measurable commercial results.</p>
<h2>What will I be doing? </h2>
<h3><strong>Strategic Planning Execution</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Own the annual growth marketing plan for how we show up digitally for startups, aligning paid, owned and partner channels to drive demand. </li>
<li>Translate partner-led opportunities (VCs, accelerators, tech partners) into marketing campaigns. </li>
<li>Prioritize funnels and high potential cohorts based on commercial impact and scale potential.</li>
<li>Define KPIs, own attribution for multi-touch partner ecosystems and build dashboards that tie marketing activity to customers and revenue.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Content Thought Leadership</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Create content that drives discoverability and conversion (case studies, playbooks, founder stories, newsletters).</li>
<li>Ensure content maps to funnel stages and supports acquisition and activation goals.</li>
<li>Test new program offers that deliver value to founders and drive demand. </li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Acquisition Co-marketing </strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Design and run performance acquisition across startup communities, search, social, display and partnerships to drive traffic and conversions. </li>
<li>Build co-marketing activations with VCs, accelerators and platform partners to improve reach. </li>
<li>Market virtual and in-person events to drive mindshare and customer engagement. </li>
<li>Launch cohort or seasonal campaigns targeting VC/accelerator-backed startups and measure downstream logo and revenue impact. </li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Experimentation Optimization</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Run a disciplined experimentation program (A/B tests, funnel tests, landing pages, creatives, copy) with clear hypotheses and success criteria.</li>
<li>Surface statistical learnings, codify wins and scale reliable growth levers into repeatable or sunset projects. </li>
<li>Create and test guerilla experimental campaigns</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Program, Brand Messaging </strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop and enable a clear Intercom for Startups brand messaging guide </li>
<li>Refine and position startup program benefits clearly to the market </li>
<li>Create outbound messaging and tactics. </li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Partner closely with the startups team to get closer to both customers and partners and ensure we deliver value to both. </li>
<li>Partner Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Support and Customer Success to validate experiments, scale successful plays and ensure product decisions are informed by startup behaviour.</li>
