A leading U.S. healthcare company is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join its team. Workplace: On-site in Chihuahua or Mérida, Mexico Schedule availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Requirements • Advanced proficiency in English. • High school diploma (completed). • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems (preferred: Epic). • Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation standards. • 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a related position within the healthcare sector. Responsibilities • Document patient encounters in real time, including history, findings, medical decisions, medication lists, and treatment plans. • Prepare and review documentation before consultations, process medical orders, and maintain accurate records in the electronic system (Epic). • Handle incoming documentation, coordinate appointments and follow-ups, and support administrative tasks related to patient care. • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff, adapt to workflow changes, and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Onsite
