Responsibilities Prioritize, own, support, and define the articulation and documentation of product features to and from stakeholders Thoroughly document features and designs to move peer teams forward Incorporate feature and design documentation into compliance documents as assigned Translate technical requirements of engineers to business requirements for product peers Engage in thoughtful interactions and conversations with designers/UIUX members Articulate who our regulating bodies are and the importance of validation and compliance processes Clearly articulate problems/solutions for team members to enable successful resolution Identify issues, inform peers, and work collaboratively with stakeholders towards resolution Guide peers towards productive discussions that advocate for end users Other duties as assigned 2. Experience 2+ years of experience in Product Management or a combination of education and experience in this area 3. Skills Ability to follow best practices in product documentation Ability to recognize the impact of technical decisions on business results. Introduces business concepts appropriately when technical decisions are being made Ability to closely manage product capabilities to clinical trial studies expecting said product capabilities and understands the business impact of product capabilities and revenue/customer impact Understands the responsibility of product management throughout the SDLC, and contributes consistently to the appropriate phases 4. Education, Certifications, Licenses Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field required 5.
