At 1X, you’ll own critical roles and have agency to innovate and improve in any and all talent processes and be rewarded based on merit and achievement. We are looking for recruiters of all levels to help scale our company across Software Engineering, AI, & High Volume. In this role, you’ll run full-cycle recruitment and partner directly with functional leaders to find and attract exceptional talent. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles and functions Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to define hiring needs and candidate profiles Draft and refine clear, compelling job descriptions Proactively source candidates through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and events Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance Coordinate and improve interview processes, tools, and feedback loops for consistency and efficiency Collaborate with People Operations and HR to support and scale recruiting programs and systems Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives across relevant channels
