Responsibilities Develop end-to-end quality strategies for robot manufacturing, from subassemblies to full systems Conduct PFMEA to identify failure modes and enhance test coverage and process robustness Work with test and firmware engineers to integrate quality checks into manufacturing workflows Analyze test data to monitor station yields and identify root causes of failures Collaborate with design teams to implement quality improvements at both component and system levels Lead Design of Experiments (DOE) to establish optimized pass/fail limits and improve test accuracy Evaluate test station performance and scalability across different production sites Document quality plans, testing procedures, and data-driven corrective actions
