Role Overview We are seeking a Global Supply Manager to lead sourcing and supply chain strategy for motors, gearboxes, and magnetic assemblies that enable the performance, scalability, and high-volume production of our next-generation humanoid robots. You Will Develop and execute sourcing strategies for motors, gearboxes, magnets, and related assemblies Identify, evaluate, and onboard global suppliers that meet quality, cost, and delivery standards Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to secure favorable agreements Collaborate with engineering to ensure components meet performance and quality specifications Support cost optimization initiatives while ensuring high reliability Conduct supplier benchmarking and stay informed on technology and pricing trends Monitor supplier performance metrics and ensure compliance with contractual terms Implement risk mitigation strategies, including alternate sourcing and diversification Provide technical support for DFM efforts with a focus on electromechanical systems Manage supplier audits and drive improvements where necessary Work closely with manufacturing, operations, and quality teams to ensure integration
