About the Role We are looking for an experienced and strategic Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead and oversee the Clinical Operations talent acquisition team, implement innovative hiring strategies and collaborate with leadership to fulfill the organization’s talent acquisition needs.  In this role, you will manage and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners while serving as a trusted partner to Clinical Operations leadership. You will play a critical role in scaling Lyra’s recruiting capabilities to support rapid growth, operational excellence, and our commitment to delivering industry‑leading patient care. As Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will combine people leadership, data‑driven decision making, and deep collaboration with cross‑functional partners to build diverse, mission‑driven teams that power Lyra’s clinical operations. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.
