We’re operating in an early-stage market with enormous potential. This role is about more than just closing deals; it’s about building a core pillar of Uber’s future in Poland from the ground up. You’ll navigate the high-stakes, fast-moving reality of an evolving market where the answers aren't always scripted. Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don’t come with a playbook. You’ll need a "go-get-it" attitude and a team-player mindset to thrive here.
