Multimedia Designer (3D Motion-focused)

<p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Create high-quality marketing videos to attract, engage, and acquire players for our games.</li><li>Own the full video production process, from concept and in-game capture to final delivery.</li><li>Create and enhance animations (2D/3D), motion graphics, and visual effects for video ads.</li><li>Optimize and adapt video content for multiple platforms, formats, and distribution channels.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to incorporate feedback and deliver on spec and on time.</li><li>Ensure brand, IP, and visual consistency across all video materials.</li><li>Continuously bring fresh creative ideas and stay up to date with gaming, video, and industry trends.</li></ul> <p><strong>Key requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong creativity with solid experience in motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Proficient in Adobe tools (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop); knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max) is a strong plus.</li><li>Good understanding of basic 3D animation, rendering workflows, and asset preparation.</li><li>Ability to independently manage the full creative process and deliver high-quality work on deadline in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Passion for video games and a keen eye for detail and innovation.</li><li>Good English communication skills; portfolio or demo reel is required.</li></ul> <p><strong>Recruitment Process:</strong></p><ul><li>(1) Screening&#xa0;call&#xa0;(<em>Only candidates whose qualifications align with the role&#xa0;will be contacted.
