You will build and scale the review processes that ensure plugins, agent skills, and MCP servers meet our standards for security, functionality, and trustworthiness. This role is critical to enabling users to engage with our ecosystem with confidence—and to maintaining Anthropic's leadership position as the integrations ecosystem rapidly expands.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Quality Assurance Review</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Execute and scale review processes for MCP servers, plugins, and agent skills—ensuring integrations meet standards for security, functionality, and user safety</li> <li>Conduct hands-on testing and validation of integration submissions, identifying issues related to authentication, error handling, and functionality</li> <li>Implement risk assessment frameworks for evaluating new integration capabilities and use cases</li> <li>Coordinate directory removals and compliance enforcement when violations occur</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Scalable Process Development</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Manage operational processes to handle high-volume submissions efficiently while maintaining quality</li> <li>Maintain automated QA frameworks and tooling to scale review capacity without sacrificing thoroughness</li> <li>Drive the roadmap for transitioning from manual to automated review systems</li> <li>Partner with Engineering teams on automation opportunities and technical requirements</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Serve as liaison with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Safeguards teams on integration reviews and escalations</li> <li>Handle developer communications for submission feedback, rejections, and remediation guidance</li> <li>Coordinate with Business Development on priority partner integrations and commitments</li> <li>Establish review metrics and reporting to track ecosystem health and review quality</li> </ul> <h2><strong>You may be a good fit if you have:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in QA, marketplace operations, or trust safety</li> <li>Technical familiarity with APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, bearer tokens), and integration testing</li> <li>Hands-on experience with software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases and potential issues</li> <li>Proven ability to scale operations through process design and automation</li> <li>Comfort with cross-functional collaboration in complex, fast-moving environments</li> <li>Experience with developer platforms, app stores, or marketplace operations (preferred)</li> <li>Familiarity with security review processes or vulnerability assessment (preferred)</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. </p> <p>For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.</p></div><div class="title">Annual Salary:</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$210,000</span><span class="divider"></span><span>$260,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><strong>Logistics</strong></h2> <p><strong>Education requirements: </strong>We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.<stro ...
