Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO (On-site) Location: Colombia / Peru Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Salary Range: • Colombia: COP $4,880,000 • Peru: PEN 4,600 Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong critical thinking, communicates exceptionally in English, and manages multiple priorities with precision and discretion. Responsibilities: • Executive Support: • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar and schedule meetings across multiple time zones. • Handle professional correspondence, task coordination, and daily operational workflow. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict data privacy and cybersecurity protocols. • Demonstrate outstanding business communication skills in English (verbal and written). • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities with a problem-solving mindset. • Project & Task Management: • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams to ensure alignment on priorities. • Set up projects in Microsoft Teams with proper structures. • Use ERP (Accelo) to create/update projects, tasks, business development activities, proposal budgets, contract administration, and CRM entries. • Track deadlines, follow up with team members, and provide status reports. • Proactively identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to keep projects on schedule. • Quality Control: • Review client deliverables for accuracy, data integrity, and version control. • Proofread and format PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and PDF documents to meet high professional standards and brand guidelines. • Graphic Design: • Create high-quality presentations in PowerPoint or Canva. • Design infographics, social media assets, and visual elements aligned with internal and client branding. • Ensure consistency and adaptability across all visual outputs. • Data Management & Security: • Manage and validate complex data sets with accuracy and compliance. • Ensure sensitive information is shared only with authorized audiences. • Event Planning (Remote Management): • Plan and coordinate in-person events (workshops, client meetings, conferences). • Handle venue sourcing, vendor coordination, catering, logistics, and budgets. • Develop detailed timelines and checklists for flawless execution. • Manage all planning remotely—no travel required. • Report Creation (Using MS365 Copilot): • Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources. • Generate reports with insights, recommendations, and visual representations (charts, graphs, infographics). • Prepare executive-ready briefs and presentations for decision-making. • Additional Responsibilities: • Perform light bookkeeping tasks (expense reports, draft invoices). • Use AI tools responsibly and stay updated on new technologies to optimize workflows. Requirements: • 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and Canva (required) • Power BI skills (preferred) • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities • Strong attention to detail and professionalism • High discretion when handling confidential information • Advanced English (C1), spoken and written #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Onsite
