Sr Audio Visual Engineer

<p><strong>What you will do in this role:</strong></p><p>We are looking for a Senior Audio-Visual Engineer with extensive Audio Visual and Video Conferencing experience as a subject matter expert to join the Global AV Technology team. As an expert in this space, you will be playing a pivotal role in ensuring the successful design, delivery, and implementation of AV solutions across all regions. You will be part of a global team responsible for driving the Audio-Visual strategy at the highest standard with the goal of maximizing the collaborative meeting experience across all functions and making the world work better for everyone</p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Consultant for all AV matters across the organization and advise on best practices to provide a world-class experience for meeting participants</li><li>Driving projects and consistent AV services across the workplace including video conferencing, digital signage, display, meeting room, and executive briefing centers technology.</li><li>Managing AV projects including communication, budget, and timeline to successful outcomes integrating with all aspects of the business to identify opportunities</li><li>Stakeholder management and partnering with cross-functional teams such as Workplace Services, Business, Procurement, Legal, Security &amp; Finance teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing projects &amp; operations of various AV technology solutions</li><li>Evaluating the latest AV technologies and products including audio-visual monitoring, settings, room design, acoustic, lighting challenging the boundaries to inspire, create and innovate in all areas related to the AV experience</li><li>Ensuring successful incident and problem and resolution management of AV related issues engaging third-party support where required.</li><li>Seek to understand and recommend solutions such as replacement/upgrade of existing hardware, software, applications, self-help guides, process improvements, knowledge base, etc. to eliminate incidents and service requests.</li></ul> <p><strong>To be successful in this role you have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.</li><li>Experience in leadership is preferred</li><li>Ideally candidates should have experience with AV design using Autocad or Visio.</li><li>Certifications from Extron, Crestron, Biamp, QSC, Zoom, Cisco, Shure, CTS or CTS-D.</li><li>Vendor management experience</li><li>Experience in large enterprise AV project delivery, large-scale refresh, and building migration projects</li><li>Passionate about AV technology and delivering innovative and progressive solutions exceeding customer expectations</li><li>Strong organizational, project, and time management skills</li><li>Strong background in audio-visual testing methodologies and quality assurance</li><li>Experience with networking technology, video transmission over the network, and audio/video signal flow</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to communicate, present, and generate enthusiasm and buy-in for ideas and solutions.</li><li>Understanding of Compliance, Risk, and Regulatory policies and framework</li><li>Industry and vendor certifications are highly valued</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>JV20</p> <p><strong>Work Personas</strong></p><p>We approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
