Director, Client Operations – Private Credit (NY) DIRECTOR, CLIENT OPERATIONS – PRIVATE CREDIT (US) ABOUT HYPERCORE Hypercore is an AI-native loan management and fund operations platform built for private credit lenders. We work with sophisticated venture debt and private credit funds to help them operate, scale, and manage increasingly complex portfolios with accuracy and speed. We are launching a new business line: Hypercore Admin Agent — a first-of-its-kind, AI-powered administrative service that combines automation with expert oversight to deliver fund administration outcomes with dramatically improved efficiency, transparency, and time-to-value. This role is a foundational hire for that business line in the US. THE ROLE We are hiring a Director, Client Operations – Private Credit to own client delivery and operational execution for the Hypercore Admin Agent offering in the US. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery while helping define the operating model, processes, and standards that will scale as the business grows. You will work closely with client operations teams, finance leaders, and Hypercore’s product and engineering teams to bridge real-world private credit workflows with AI-driven automation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Operations & Delivery - Own onboarding and ongoing servicing for US private credit clients - Serve as the primary operational point of contact for client finance and operations teams - Oversee execution across the loan lifecycle, including onboarding, cash activity, reconciliations, and reporting - Manage complex scenarios, exceptions, and client-specific requirements Service Model & Process Development - Help define scope of services, operating procedures, and quality standards - Establish repeatable workflows, controls, and escalation paths - Drive consistency and operational rigor across clients Product & Automation Partnership - Partner with product and engineering to operationalize AI-driven workflows - Translate client operational requirements into system and process improvements - Identify automation gaps and work to reduce manual effort over time Commercial & Growth Support - Support late-stage sales discussions and client diligence as an operational subject-matter expert - Assist with implementation scoping and complexity assessment - Identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships Team Build-Out - Contribute to defining future operations roles and hiring profiles - Mentor junior operations staff as the team scales QUALIFICATIONS - 6–10 years of experience in private credit operations, fund administration, or loan servicing - Direct exposure to US private credit, venture debt, or direct lending funds - Strong understanding of loan lifecycle processes, cash management, and reporting - Client-facing experience working with senior finance and operations stakeholders - Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with evolving processes - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused WHY JOIN - Be an early leader in a new, first-in-class AI-powered admin services model - Work directly with product and engineering to shape the future of private credit operations - High ownership role with meaningful impact on how the business scales - Competitive compensation and meaningful equity participation
