RCM Solutions Manager

Provides operational leadership across a portfolio of products and solutions brought into the RCM organization. This role owns the customer offering from enablement through execution, ensuring operational readiness, consistent delivery, and measurable performance outcomes. The manager is accountable for the operational P&L of their solution areas managing cost structures, and revenue performance in partnership with Finance and cross‑functional leaders. This role leads teams in daily operation models, drives cross‑functional alignment, and ensures that solutions are implemented, supported, and continuously improved to meet business and client needs.
