RCM Sr Manager Client Executive

Key Responsibilities Manage executive-level client relationships and proactively address needs. Drive AR health and KPI performance across assigned clients (net collections, DSO, A/R aging, denial trends). Partner with AVP to resolve escalations and implement corrective actions. Lead, guide, and develop RCM Managers and their teams. Monitor performance trends and deliver insights through advanced data analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally to solve operational challenges and improve workflows. Support sales discovery calls and represent RCM expertise in external/client meetings. Coach teams, drive accountability, and foster a performance-focused culture. Required Qualifications 12–15 years of progressive experience in Revenue Cycle Management, primarily AR. Proven leadership of managers and multi-client portfolios. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint proficiency required). Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum High School diploma required. Completion of medical billing training is an advantage.
