Job Description
Work Location - Pune (Work from office) As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to incoming calls, follow up through emails from our everyday users - patients. You will use creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced call center environment and provide excellent customer service to ensure our providers utilize our platform effectively. Job Responsibilities: Strong customer service skills; answering patient calls; prompt return and follow up to all interactions; prompt response to requests for information, both internally and externally. Interact with patients via Live Calls to help troubleshoot and resolve complex billing related issues. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing fast and accurate responses on calls. Be a champion of change management with both internal and external customers. Document and manage customer interactions in Veradigm CRM system. Able to rapidly learn new software to deliver customer satisfaction. Able to work effectively under the stressful conditions in a fast-paced environment. Identify trends and offer feedback to improve systems and processes to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement with our platform.
