Our team is at the forefront of revolutionizing transportation with autonomous vehicles (AVs). **About the Role** As a Senior Product Manager for Autonomous Vehicle Experience, you will be part of the product team leading the strategy and execution for the rider experience in AVs. You will be responsible for building a best-in-class safe, reliable, and delightful AV-first experience and will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in the autonomous vehicle space. **Core Responsibilities** In this role, you will: - Lead the strategy and vision for the best-in-class AV rider experience - Educate riders about AVs and build a safe and transparent experience - Generate demand and grow rider affinity for AVs - Design a seamless ride experience, including frictionless pick-up and drop-offs, vehicle controls before, during, and after trip, and on-trip experience both in-app and in-vehicle - Ensure a high-quality rider experience when things don’t go as planned - Collaborate with AV tech partners to improve and co-design the rider experience, including both software and hardware **Basic Qualifications** - 4+ years of product experience delivering successful and innovative products - Excellent track record of building best-in-class consumer products - Customer obsession and exceptional user and product instincts - Ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions - Proficiency with data: You can find the data you need and turn it into an insightful story, demonstrating its value in decision-making - A high bar across the board, from your
