Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
As an SMB Outbound Account Executive you will be a high performing team player on our growing sales team. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting efforts. All leads would be net new business. You will be identifying customer pain points, closing business, and prioritizing your book of business. Sales Associates who consistently meet and exceed their targets will be considered for any number of exciting career expansion opportunities within our growing organization.
We’d love to chat if you have:
1+ year of sales experience
Confident, articulate phone presence and written communication skills
Sales or customer support experience at a tech company preferred
History of quota attainment and/or sales awards. Ex: President’s Club
Experience making 75+ calls per day
Proven track record of being in the top 10% - 20% of your past company
Outbound lead sourcing experience (90 to 100% self generated pipeline)
Experience with best in class tools such as: Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Tableau
Cross-collaborative environment experience with both Sales and Implementation/Success teams
Experience working with AC small business owners
Experience working with CFOs, Corporate Controllers, and VPs of Finance - or similar professional suite
Experience in B2B and SaaS sales

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is noted below for our office location in San Jose, CA. This role is eligible to participate in BILL’s sales incentive and equity plans. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$120,000 USD
